We are looking for a skilled leader and project manager to join our growing headquarters in downtown Oakland.

Responsibilities:
Manage medium and moderately complex client projects, exceeding expectations and facilitating graphics that reflect TFP’s position as the premiere national trial communications firm.
Formulate and implement decisions from mental mining and strategy sessions and oversee internal teams executing these themes.
Work with clients and project teams to distill key themes on medium and moderately complex client projects and translate into world class visual trial strategies.
Conceptualize exhibits, extract case themes, problem-solve design issues with artists, and deliver final product, ensuring both quality standards and deadlines are met.
Manage artists and internal teams and effectively translate client expectations.
Lead communication between team members, clients, and vendors.
Manage all activities, vendors and resources to ensure efficient and seamless delivery.
Ensure excellent relationships and uphold and role model TFP values.
Assist with client and business development.

We Are Looking For Someone With:
5-7 years’ experience with project management, preferably in professional services and/or litigation.
BA or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
Strong critical thinking skills and ability to understand the business of The Focal Point, i.e. ability to look at topics from different viewpoints in order to get the best graphic ideas, ability to boil complex ideas into simple, understandable, coherent and applicable graphics.
Prior experience with financial planning, specifically P&L and balance sheet planning.
Experience managing multiple projects/teams and client expectations.
Strong professionalism and teamwork skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong computer skills, including MS Office, file types (JPG, TIF, etc.), and Illustrator and PhotoShop.
Ability to meet deadlines and work flexible shifts.
