Blair v. Allstate In a highly publicized case, a jury found no wrongdoing by Allstate in processing the Blair family's claim after a fire destroyed their San Francisco home.		Fanucci v. Allstate A San Francisco jury returned a Defense verdict in 25 minutes in this breach of contract insurance case.

French v. California Casualty A large insurance carrier won a complete defense verdict in an alleged discrimination case by showing the total lack of evidence brought by the Plaintiff.		International Paper v. Affiliated FM Insurance Co. The Focal Point's client, International Paper, was awarded a $383 million verdict in this insurance/bad-faith case.

Mannatech v. Glycobiotics A jury in the Northern District of Texas finds that Glycobiotics willfully infringed a patent owned by Mannatech.		Personal Security and Safety Systems, Inc. v. Motorola, Inc. The Focal Point worked with attorneys from the law firm Fulbright & Jaworski to defend Motorola, Inc. in a bad faith contracts claim. Using an interactive Flash presentation developed by The Focal Point, the lawyers successfully conveyed to the American Arbitration Association the key themes that established Motorola had not engaged in any bad faith activity. As a result, the Plaintiffs received no damages.

Western MacArthur Asbestos Company v. USF&G Insurance The Focal Point's client, Western MacArthur, received a settlement in excess of $2.2 billion dollars and discovery sanctions in excess of $160,000.
