Senior Director, Graphic Design
For the past twenty years, Guy has worked on behalf of numerous industry leaders such as Netflix, Aetna, Samsung, and Micron. He very much enjoys his hybrid position as member, trial consultant, and graphic designer which entails everything from helping run the company, brainstorming and conceptualizing trial themes with his clients, and hands-on design work. He works with litigators across the country working with such firms as Manatt, Arnold & Porter, Mayer Brown, Gibson Dunn, Norton Rose Fulbright and King & Spalding, to name a few.
Guy has lectured and published several articles on the role of good design in the field of litigation graphics. He has applied those principles successfully to cases, resulting in complete defense verdicts for law firms such as Sidley Austin and Quinn Emanuel. Guy has also worked on large class action matters such as the decade-long Silzone Heart Valve litigation with Reed Smith on behalf of their client St. Jude Medical, as well as In re TFT-LCD, on behalf of the class, which was one of the few antitrust class actions ever to be tried to a successful verdict.
Prior to working at The Focal Point, Guy held various arts administrative positions with the New England Conservatory of Music, the Boston Modern Orchestra Project, and the Pink Palace Museum. When not working on the front lines of a trial, Guy can be found in his home studio making art, writing, recording, promoting the music of his eponymous one-man-band, and spending time with his two daughters at their home in Santa Fe, NM. He holds a BA in Music from the University of Memphis and has completed graduate work in fine arts.
